MCE Acquires NETS

NETS is excited to become part of Motion & Control Enterprises

Zelienople, PA - December 2, 2024 —Motion & Control Enterprises (“MCE”) announced today that it has acquired North East Technical Sales, Inc. (“NETS” or the “Company”).

Founded in 1973 and based in Harleysville, PA, NETS is a valued-added distributor of instrumentation & control solutions for industrial and municipal customers throughout southern and metro New York, eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, West Virginia, and Virginia. The company will operate under the North East Technical Sales name under the continued leadership of David Yankowy.
